Waste of time and money - cheap prices and cheaper service

Cheap, horrible printer "digital" printers. I had problem after probelm with them and finally gave up and took a loss. The printed job was unusable. The have unskilled, inexperienced workers terrible color quality and bindery is horrible and couldn't even saddle stich correctly. customer services is non existent and is basically as waste of time. Stay away from this printer. You get less then you pay for.

Rude and uncommunicative

Definitely agree with the other reviews about rudeness and lack of communication. I asked them print a film poster for me that had a very specific deadline (screening in NYC) and they totally forgot about the order. When I confronted them about it, they were not apologetic, and told me that it was MY responsibility to keep checking up on them. What?!? I had left myself a few days leeway in case, but they had never bothered to tell me there could be a delay. They finally managed to print the poster (which was fine) but I can't imagine myself going back there.
